Currently a team of three, we move really fast. We all work remotely and work very closely with our community.

Where You'll Work
Modulus is a completely remote company. We utilize tools like Discord and Linear to collaborate remotely. We aim to work as much as we can asyncronously.

About the Job
You'll be in charge of assisting customers that have questions, comments, or concerns. This is a volunteer position.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with support queries
- Appropriately represent our brand and public image

Requirements
- A resume/CV or a quick about-you
- Strong english skills
- Work well in a team
- Available most of the day
